To get started with the Glow & Glam Kit, first choose your favorite color LED scrunchie and remove the insulation chip to activate the lights. Decide where you'd like to wear it—on your hair, wrist, or as a fun accessory. For the stick-on nails, select the size that fits each finger and press the nail firmly onto your natural nail.
