SHIPPING & RETURNS
We at Mumma ship PAN India using reputed courier services available in the country. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location and pincode of delivery.Usually, metro cities will receive the products within 5-7 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7-10 days of shipping.
Each of the products sold on www.mumma.com have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be shipped from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
Orders are not shipped only on working days.You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been shipped. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Mumma cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
As a promotional offer we provide free shipping to all our valuable customers which is subject to change as and when the promotional offer expires.
Due to the customised nature of the majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.If you wish to change your order, please get in touch with our support team at email@example.com with your order number and your request .
In the case of a credit card refund due to order change, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.

Mumma is committed to customer satisfaction and we work religiously to curate quality products for you.The products listed are impossible to verify if they have been used/tampered with after being delivered and hence we have a strict no return or exchange policy across the website. We are happy to accept a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged or has a sizing issue. Certain products have a no return policy (personalised products, books, DIY kits, diapers, flash cards, furniture etc.). Products on sale are not eligible for return.
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return.If your exchange request has been accepted the customer will have to self ship the product back to our office in Gurgaon within 5 working days. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. Once your returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by the customer will be shipped out.
Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.If we are unable to exchange your product/size due to non-availability we shall issue a discount code for the same which will be valid for 3 Months for any future purchase on www.mumma.com
