SHIPPING & RETURNS

We at Mumma ship PAN India and use reputed courier companies available. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location and pincode of delivery. Usually, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metro cities will receive the product in 6-8 days of shipping.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Each of the products sold on mumma.com have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you.

In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.

Non Personalised products are usually shipped within 1-2 business working days of placing the order while Personalised products are shipped within 5-6 business working days of placing the order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metro cities is generally 3-5 days while other destinations could take up to 6-8 days to reach.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Mumma cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

As a promotional offer we provide free shipping to all our valuable customers which is subject to change as and when the promotional offer expires.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personalised nature of majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you do wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our support team at support@mumma.com with your order number and your request and we will provide you with the best possible solution.

In the case of a refund due to order cancellation, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalised nature of majority of the products, Mumma has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

We are happy to accept a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is delivered to you damaged or in case a wrong product is sent to you.

Write to us at support@mumma.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return. If your exchange request has been accepted the customer will have to self ship the product back to our warehouse within 3 working days of return request acceptance. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. Once your returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by the customer will be shipped out.

Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. If we are unable to exchange your product due to non-availability of the product/ variant we shall issue a discount code for the same which will be valid for 3 months for any future purchase on www.mumma.com
